Timber-frame barrel room
Handcrafted timber-frame construction — every beam joined by hand, every detail intentional. A space that makes ordinary moments feel like the ones you remember.
Ceremony lawn
A grass aisle on the property, framed by cottonwoods with the Big Thompson in view. If the weather turns, the barrel room steps in as the indoor backup.
Barrel room reception
Hand-joined timber-frame interior, string lights, and tasting-room doors that open wide to the patio. Indoor-outdoor flow without a setup.
Cellar Suite
A private finishing room for final touches before the aisle.
Day-of coordinator
A dedicated coordinator running your timeline, so the two of you don't have to.
Walkthrough and rehearsal
One-hour planning walkthrough plus a one-hour on-site rehearsal with your coordinator.
Setup and teardown
Tables, chairs, linens, and glassware — included, set up before, taken down after.
Ceremony + reception chairs
Seating for both the ceremony and the reception. No swap-outs, no transitions.
Bar service
Bar service throughout your event. Beverages are purchased separately against the minimum.

Reserve your date
A signed agreement and deposit hold the date. From there we hand off to our coordinator and begin the planning timeline together.
